Terms and Agreement

Welcome to Pristine Yard Cleaning Services By opting in for our lawn care services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
1. Services Provided
By opting into our services, you agree to receive regular lawn care services, including (but not limited to) lawn mowing, edging, leaf removal, and general yard maintenance as specified on our website or in your service agreement. Any additional services outside the agreed-upon package will incur additional charges.
2. Pricing and Payments
Our services are offered on a [weekly/monthly/seasonal] basis, with fees outlined in your service package. Payment is due upon completion of service, and receipts may be provided upon request or after completion of job. Payment methods accepted include cash or electronic same day deposits (cash app, etc.)
Late payments may result in service delays or cancellations. Any late fees or penalties will be communicated in advance.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel or modify your lawn care services at any time by providing [24/48/72] hours' notice before your next scheduled service. Refunds will not be provided for services already rendered. If you prepaid for services, a pro-rated refund for unused services may be provided.
We reserve the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, unsafe conditions, or equipment failure. In such cases, services will be rescheduled, or credit will be applied to your account.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide access to your property during the scheduled service times. Please ensure that any obstacles (e.g., pets, furniture, vehicles) are removed from areas where services will be performed. We are not responsible for damage to personal items left in the service area.
5. Liability
Alvarado Landscaping will take every precaution to ensure your property is treated with care. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage, including issues with irrigation systems, fences, or landscaping that occur as a result of normal wear and tear.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
By providing your personal information through our opt-in form, you consent to us collecting, storing, and using that information to deliver services and communicate with you. We will not share your information with third parties except as required to fulfill our services or comply with legal obligations. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Agreement from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notification via email.
